IFS Therapy Sydney
IFS Therapy Sydney is the private practice of me, Suze Ingram. I’m an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 trained counsellor.
IFS is an evidence based therapy that helps you gain a deeper understanding and respect for your inner world. In doing so you’ll be able to navigate the world around you with greater ease, freedom, and equilibrium.
Maybe you have parts that believe you’re not good enough, that you’re permanently damaged, a disappointment, or unlovable.
Or you might have parts of you that are reactive, self-destructive, sabotage relationships, fear failure, or are critical and judgmental of you.
At IFS Therapy Sydney we will work together to heal emotional pain and find clarity and inner harmony within you.

About Suze
Everyone has something to work through at some point in their lives.
I believe you don’t feel the way you do by accident.
There are reasons why you’re experiencing pain, depression, reactivity, numbness, anxiety, and other difficult things. There’s also reasons why you’ve developed certain ways of coping when life gets tough.
Like you, I have had a life of experiences. I have had to face adversity, pain, and loss. I too have suffered. I’ve healed and continue to heal.
My view will always be: you’re not broken, you’re just stuck due to the life circumstances you’ve had to face.
